1990 Toyota Celica Engine
In 1990, Toyota introduced the fifth generation Celica. The Celica GT and GT-S
were given bigger and meaner engines. Growing to 2.2 liters (2164 cc) with 4 cylinder
twin-cam DOHC 16-valve with EFI engine. It can produce 130 horsepower @ 5400 rpms’,
and 140 ft.-lbs. of torque. The ST sported the same but only had 1.6 liters (1587
cc) in its engine. It can produce 103 horsepower @ 6000 rpm and has 102 ft-lbs
@ 3200 rpm of torque. The All-Trac turbo was fitted with 2.0 liters (1998cc) 4-cylinder
twin cam 16 valve turbo with intercooler and EFI, producing 200 horse power @
6000 rpm and 200 ft.-lbs. @ 3200 rpm of torque.
